Massage Table Warranty

We've designed and built our collection of tables to last, with pretty much all our customers enjoying many long and happy years working alongside their trusted table!

Depending on the grade of the table, warranty periods differ. Massage Store's table warranties are as follows:

PortaLite Classic, CombiLite 3-in-1, Advantage 10.5kg and Advantage II 11.5kg: These tables have a 1 year warranty against materials and craftsmanship and a two year warranty against the legs and cable system.

BodyPro Active, Liftback, Traveler & Deluxe: These tables have a one year warranty against materials and craftsmanship and a two year warranty against the legs/cable system.

Porta-lite Delta I, Delta II & Chiropractic Table : These tables have a two year warranty against materials and craftsmanship and a ten year warranty against the legs/cable system

Earthworks Comfort Flat, Comfort Lift-back, Perform & Touch Plus: These tables have a two year warranty against materials and craftsmanship and a ten year warranty against the legs/cable system

Daydream Multi-Function: This Couch has a two year warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship and a five year warranty on the frame

Plinth Pro3: This Couch has a 1 year warranty on upholstery and materials, a five year warranty on parts and a lifetime warranty on the frame

If any issues arise with your couch during these warranty periods, get in touch and we'll endeavor to repair or replace your couch. If your table is outside it's warranty period and an issue arises you are welcome to get in touch still and we'll do our very best to help!

Important! Please note - accidental damaged caused by clients or table mishandling (such as rips or tears caused by external objects or the table base cracking/breaking due to a client getting on or off the table without caution) are not covered under our warranty.
