At Massage Store we realise a massage table is a very important purchase and we hope that all our customers are completely satisfied with the table they have chosen from us. Sometimes, even with a great deal of research undertaken, the table chosen simply isn't right for the therapist. Should this happen we're happy to offer a 30 day, no questions asked return policy for all new and unused massage tables.
When your table arrives, you're welcome to inspect it but please do not use it for an actual treatment. If you are sure it is not the right table for you, simply repackage it in the original packaging with all accessories as you found them. Then, get in touch with a photo of the table packaged back up, what exactly from your order you are returning as well as the reason you wish to return it. We'll then send you an RMA number alongside our returns address to send it back to us.
Please Note: the cost of returning an table that is unsuitable only lies with the customer. In the rare situation of a damaged, defective or incorrect table arriving to you, we will of course organise and cover the return and exchange!
Once the returned order has arrived back to us we'll issue a full refund or exchange to the original source of payment.
