I recently purchased the hot stone heater and an additional bolster for a second treatment from that I was commissioned to offer therapies. The items arrived quickly and efficiently as usual.
Unfortunately, this second therapy room is not going ahead now. As I had not yet unpacked the stone heater, I emailed Massage Warehouse to explain the situation. They were very sympathetic and helpful, and confirmed that as long as I had definitely not unpacked the item, I would be able to return it, and they explained to me how to do this. What a relief.
