Useful Information About our Table Warmer

Our warmer is designed to heat the body during treatments. However, this heat is felt only when a body is lying on the blanket. If heat was emanating from the blanket while nobody was lying on it, it would then be uncomfortably warm when lying down (the warmer is designed to give a toasty, cozy effect, but not too hot!). Also, when there is no-one lying on the warmer, the heat dissipates much faster than when it's in use with a body. Please do not wait for the warmer to heat up before having your client lie down, but rather, the other way around!

Poor performance

On my second one, as the first one wouldn't heat up evenly. I was kindly sent a replacement but having similar issues again. The timer doesn't seem to work now either, after a few months of usage. I suspect it's a faulty batch & really needs a product recall.

Misleading Description

I’m disappointed that I purchased this item after reading the description which is misleading. It claims to fit any couch. I purchased the Earthworks touch Plus professional bed from this website and whilst it fits size wise, it is not possible to utilise the elastic straps fitted to the heated pad on each corner because the couch has round corners which they slide off of. So the pad does not stay in place and moves around the couch as the client moves.
Would only recommend purchasing if the corners on your couch are more squared.

Hidden charges

I had thought that this was an Irish website but ended up paying an additional €15.88 for export charges as it was shipped from UK - not impressed and I also had to wait longer for delivery pending my payment for additional fees
